We Are DataVibe

‍We are DataVibe

If you haven't noticed, we recently changed our name to DataVibe. (We were formerly known as WorkGreat).

Some of you might be wondering “Why DataVibe?” and we wanted to take a moment and share a little bit about our name and the direction we’re headed in.

First things first, why NOT WorkGreat. While we do love helping companies Work Great (see what we did there), data wasn’t the first thing that came to mind when you hear WorkGreat. Our previous name is slightly more aligned with a company providing HR services or operating as say a COO for small business. It was a little unclear right off the bat what WorkGreat provided.

So what do you do when you want to make something obviously clear? You name your company after it, of course. Right away, we wanted our customers to know we are all about data. Through and through, data is who we are. We eat, sleep, breathe data. You might think I’m kidding, but it’s true.

In the spirit of our new identity, we wanted to share a few data points we have tracked thus far to help you get to know us a little better:

While there are many more data points that we’re tracking in addition to our team stats, we want you to know everyone here on the team is passionate about helping our customers succeed.

After mentioning the Data side of our name, we don't want to forget the Vibe side of our name as well. When thinking about data, cool, hip, and energetic are not always the first things that come to mind, BUT we’d like to change that.Take the root of the word for instance:

Noun :: informal

1. a person's emotional state or the atmosphere of a place as communicated to and felt by others.

"a lot of our team is giving off good vibes"

Synonyms: feeling, vibration, atmosphere, sensation, energy

"I get a good vibe from those folks"

DataVibe is about energy. It’s about getting you and your team to the finish line first. We’re excited to help small and medium sized companies connect all of their siloed data and make sense of it all. Let us help you, ‘cause we like your vibe!

Instead of sending you off to do some ”Great Work”, we’re sending some #GoodVibes your way.
