Interview Series with Tami McQueen

Meet Tami McQueen, Director of Marketing at SalesLoft.

We had the pleasure of sitting down with Marketing Maven Tami McQueen. Hailing from South Africa, she's made a name for herself in Atlanta with a company called SalesLoft. She is currently leading the charge of integrated event strategy and public relations. 

When talking about some challenges that Tami and her team have encountered she mentioned a lot of startups run into the issue of resources (and not having enough) when in scaling mode. She questioned, "How do we manage to do all of the things while staying as true to your roots as you can and hustling as hard as you can?"

The challenge is to manage resrouces and manage expectations.

She also speaks on the velocity and value of sprint planning.

She and the team stay focused on prioritizing the strategic initiatives using the program and we too support the app wholeheartedly.
